* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৮,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Photocopy of valid Trade License
b) Photocopy of Tax Payer's Identification Number
c) Photocopy of Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate
d) Affidavit of ownership of the firm, or in case of limited company, photocopy of the certificate of incorporation
e) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services.
f) Satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of at least 01 (One) contract valued at minimum Taka 23,00,000 (Taka twenty three lac Only) within the last 3 years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system. Successful completion certificate from relevant procuring entity demonstrating the similar experience mentioning amount and duration of contract for supplying similar goods and providing related services will be acceptable as evidence of such experience. Notification of Award (NOA)/ Work Order/Contract document will not be acceptable as evidence of similar experience. Others requirement mentioned in the tender document.
