The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
The Tenderer shall submit the updated Trade license, VAT Registration Certificate and Income Tax Clearence Certificate;
Bidder must have own manufacture plant with chemically de-rusted and zinc phosphate coated with oven backed powder paint (Manufacturer authorization is not acceptable);
Tenderer must have submitted Update valid Environment Certificate;
Tenderer must have 50 service centers with contract number & Address outside of Dhaka and Minimum 10 Nos own Showroom in Dhaka City;
Tenderer must have Brochures and Catalogue;
Tenderer must have Membership Certificate of Furniture owners’ association;
Bidder must have FSC (Forest Stewardship Council);
Bidder must have 20 years over all Experience (Twenty-years Trade License must be attached as proof);
Certificate of Incorporation;
Bidder must have ISO 9001:2015, 45001-2018 & 14001:2015 Certificate on Furniture;
Bidder must have Fire License, Insurance Policy, DCCI Certificate;
List of Major Technical Employee and must submite last 5 years Audit report;
Credit Limit Certificate (as per TDS);
Organizations participating in the Tender will be given priority if their brands receive awards and contributed to the country's development through any notable architecture or infrastructure;
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 02 contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 9 (Nine) cr Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
