3. The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 7700000.00 over the last 03 (Three) financial years.
4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 2500000.00
5. The minimum capacity shall be: 4000000.00
6. Salvaged amount is fixed. No changes shall be allowed.
