* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২০,০০০,০০১ ~ ৫০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Manufacturer's Authorization: The Tenderer must be the manufacturer or the sole authorized distributor of a foreign manufacturer for the key components (Solar Panels, Hybrid Inverter/Controller, and Pump-Motor). An authorization letter from a dealer, trader, trading house, or intermediary will not be accepted.
2. Local Manufacturer: In the case of a local manufacturer, a valid Industrial License and an Environmental Clearance Certificate from the Department of Environment (DoE) must be submitted.
3. General Experience: The Tenderer must have a minimum of five (5) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
4. Specific Experience: The Tenderer must have successfully completed at least 02(Two) Contracts of a similar nature and complexity within the last 05 (Five) years in any Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous Organization. These contracts must have involved the supply, installation, commissioning, and handover of a Solar-Powered pumping (1.00Cusec or higher discharge capacity Low Lift Pump/Deep Tube Well) system. The total value of these contracts must be a minimum of Tk. 170.00 Lakh, with at least 01 (one) of the contract valued at a minimum of Tk. 105.00 Lakh.
5. Legal Documents: The Tenderer must possess all valid and updated legal documents, including a Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN, VAT Registration Certificate, and an Import Registration Certificate (if required).
6. Experience Certificates: All experience or completion certificates must be issued by an officer of the concerned procuring entity with a rank of at least an Executive Engineer (or equivalent). Experience will be counted backward from the date of the Invitation for Tender (IFT) publication. (Additional criteria are detailed in the TDS).
