* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১৩,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৪০,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a. The minimum number of years of General Experience of the Tenderer in the Establishment of Electrical Equipment’s as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 Five years.
b. The tenderer must have successfully completed the supply of similar goods for the establishment of at least one 400 KVA Electrical Substation within the last five (05) years, with a contract value of not less than Tk. 90.00 lakh. (Along with the work order and completion certificate should be enclosed)
c. The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 110.00 Lakh. (In the Form PW2A-8) in original form.
d. The Tenderer must have an ABC Category Electrical License for the Electrical Licensing Board. The Tenderer must have also an Electrical Supervisory License.
e. The Tenderer must have Submit of Transformer Manufacturer Authorization Letter.
f. The bidders must submit a Type Test Certificate for the 500 KVA transformer, issued in accordance with IEC Standards by an Internationally Accredited Independent Laboratory, and the certificate must have been issued within the last five (5) years from the date of publication of the IFT.
g. Tenderer must have a valid Trade License.
h. Income Tax Certificate (Tax Assessment Year shall be 2023-2024) & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit).
i. If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected/included as per PPR-2025 and its amendment and no claim in this regard will be entertained.
j. Other Criteria are stated in TDS, ITT, PCC, GCC and IFT.
