* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Any e-GP registered Tenderers of Bangladesh who have general experience of 05(Five) years in Electrical-Mechanical field the supply of Generator and related services and also fulfill the criteria mentioned as Per ITT & TDS, PCC are eligible to participate in this Procurement Process.
2. Tenderer shall have valid trade license (up to date), Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate & VAT Registration Certificate, NID card.
3. Up to dated ABC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
4. Specific experience of successful completion in supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Diesel Generator of minimum value 20.00 Lac Taka in a single agreement in any Govt. /semi govt./ autonomous organization within last Three years (from the date of IFT).
5. Valid manufacturer’s authorization letter for the proposed brand of generator.
6. Valid Agency ship certificate for the proposed brand of generator (previous).
7. Submitted valid document in reply of any other terms and conditions mentioned in TDS & PCC of this tender.
8. The contractor who has not yet completed the similar nature of goods supply before within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason will not be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
9. The minimum amount of Liquid asset i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderes shall be 15.00 Lac Taka as bank’s (any scheduled bank) credit commitment as per STD format of this tender
10. Required Audit Reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheet shall be for the past 1 (One) year. (Audit Report is must).
11. Satisfying all other Criterion laid down in the TDS and PCC must be satisfied.
