The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
The Tendered shall have specific experience in Samilar Type of Works in any Govt. or Semi-Govt. organization or similar works At least 02 no’s contract successfully completed to similar nature of Govt. or Semi-Govt. Organization within last 05 years each with a value of at least 1,20,00,000.00 (One Core Twenty Lakh) taka and certification of successfully Completion.
The required average annual turnover shall be greater than Tk 1,20,00,000.00 (One Core Twenty Lakh) over the best 02 years in the last 05 years
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1,20,00,000.00 (One Core Twenty Lakh).
The minimum capacity shall be Tk 1,10,00,000.00 (One Core Ten Lakh).
