প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(i) Upto date Valid Trade license.
(ii) TIN certificate.
(iii) Acknowledgement slip issued by the competent income tax authority as a proof of submission of income tax return for the Assessment Year 2024-2025.
(iv) Value Added Tax registration certificate/ Business Identification Number.
(v) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be five (5) years.
(vi) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works under public sector of at least one (1) contract(s) of similar nature successfully completed within the last ten (10) years, each with a value of at least Tk.  3,00,000.00 (Three Lakh Only).
(vii) The required average annual construction turnover under public sector shall be greater than Tk 2,00,000.00 (Two Lakh) over the best three (3) years in the last five (5) financial years.
(vii) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk 1,50,000.00 (One Lakh & Fifty Thousand Only).
