* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The offered items should an exact replacement ( without any modification) of the existing units both in terms of dimensions & specifications.
2.The bidder must supply the items along with one-year warranty/guarantee certificate. 10% taka of Total value will be deducted for One year warranty period from the date confirmation of quality certificate as retention money. After the warranty period the security deposit will be returned without interest as per the rules
3. The bidder has to submit an up-to-date ISO certificate of the manufacturer.
4. The bidder must submit a color-printed or original catalogue of the item along with the technical Offer.
5. The bidder must submit the manufacturer’s authorization certificate in favor of the principal and their agent.
6. A detailed technical specification with brand and model name, and country of origin must be mentioned by the bidder.
7. Manufacturer’s test certificate, country of origin certificate, bill of lading/ air waybill & bill of entry along with the delivery of the goods.
8. Country of origin: Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Denmark.
9.Bidder must clearly mention all specifications individually again tender schedule specifications. Any short term or “As per Schedule” will not be considered.
10. .Bank solvency certificate issued by any scheduled bank
11. It’s a Lot Tender of multi items. The Bidder must be careful for quoting against every single item. The quoting price should be as per market value. If it is found any abnormal price submitted by Bidder against official cost estimate for any item, the purchaser reserves the right to cancel the tender. In this case, total lowest price will not be entertained.
12. Partial payment shall not be allowed.
