Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant :
a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 years of experience in supplying Similar Goods in Public/Private Universities with completion Certificate of Supply.
(b) To submit all legal documents such as Valid Trade License, up to date Income Tax & IRC Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.
(c) To submit the Financial Solvency Certificate (issued after publishing date of this Tender) with mentioning amount from a scheduled Bank as per TDS.
(d) Authorization certificate (mentioned with phone & email of Author) issued by the Manufacturer or Manufacturer's authorized distributor (with name of distributorship) .
(e) Tenderer must fulfill the qualification criteria stipulated in the TDS and other conditions of Tender Document (GCC &PCC).
(f) Tenderer must fulfill the delivery schedule (with warranty period) of the time frame given in STD ( able to supply all the goods within the stipulated deadline).
(g) Tenderer must fill up Specifications & Offer by typing individually all mentioned items on Form Name:1 and Avoid to mention see detail in Brochure.
