কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৩,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৯,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer must have current 1.4 category enlistment certificate from Petrobangla or its any company.
2.The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction/similar works as prime contractor shall be 10(Ten) years. [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
3.The minimum specific experience in Pigging of High Pressure Gas Pipeline in Petrobangla or its any company of at least 01 (One) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 10(Ten) years with a value of at least Tk. 18,00,000.00 (Eighteen Lac). Tenderers employed by gas customers for pigging of gas pipeline with same criteria may also participate in this tender if the work is supervised and certified by any company of Petrobangla. Joint venture or consortium of association is not acceptable for this tender.
4.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.24,00,000.00 (Twenty Four Lac) over best five (5) years in the the last 10(Ten) years.[years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper]
5.The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e .working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk.36,00,000.00 (Thirty Six Lac).

6.Contractor who are not debarred by Petrobangla or its any company.
7. Other conditions as specified in Tender Documents.
