* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৩৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The Minimum number of General Experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 5 (Five) Years.
2. The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works for the Tenderer shall be at least one number amounting Tk-80.000 Lakh in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years.
3. The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than Tk-130.000 Lakh over the last 05 (five)(130*5=650 lakh) Years, (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
4. Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK -40.000 lakh. acceptable in the form of PW2(a)-3 mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID.
5. Income tax clearance certificate upto date & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Tenderer must have valid Trade License Up to Date
Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS.
6.Contractors who have not yet completed the work of code 7016-SHED and have left the work without any reason are asked to desist from participating in the tender. And even if they participate, they will be considered void.
7.Fund is not available but work must run speedy.28 days stop works ,Tender be cancelled as per PPR.
8.must be submitted Up to date ABC/BC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board. Government of Bangladesh.
Note: A Conctractor whose previous work is not satisfactory and also does not complete any work within stipulated time then the tenderer participating in this tender will be non-responsive.
If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2025 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
