প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Contractors who are registered on e-GP web-portal and fulfill the qualification criteria stated in the tender document.
b) Any individual (s) firm who fulfill the qualifications of the criteria stipulated in the tender data sheet (TDS) and other conditions ofthe Tender Document for Open Tendering Method (OTM).
c) The Provisions laid down in the "Public Procurement Regulation 2008 " for procurement of works will be binding upon thecontractors.
d) Payment will be made subject to the availability of fund. No claim for extra payment will be entertained for delay of payment.
e) For line of Credit from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh all the bidders must submit an unconditional assurance certificatefollowing the standard format (Form PW2a-3)without alteration. Otherwise Tender will not be considered as responsive. Form PW2a-3 has been attached in Section 7 (General Specification) or may downloaded from CPTU website.
