* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Reputed Contractors who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in DTW (350mm×200mm/150mm) Sinking /Re-sinking works under public sector of at least 02 contracts, First priority within 01 contract (DTW Sinking /RE-sinking works) having own rivers circulation RIG Machines and other equipment & successfully completed within the last 03 years, a value of at least Tk. 10.0 lakhs.
3. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 16.00 (Sixteen) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
4. The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 24.00 (Twenty Four) lakhs during the last 5 years; Turnover must be supported by Bank Statement of the Tenderer.
5. The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
6. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
7. The work of the packages may be totally dropped or cancelled, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
8. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
9. The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the tender document (including section-7 & 8 ) thoroughly before submitting the tender.
