1. Any / All tenderers who have registraion in Government e-Gp system may
participate in the tender provided that they have to fulfil the criteria as stated in
Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
2.The Tenderer shall be evaluated based on thelatest revision of PPA-2006 & PPR-2008.
3.This is an open less Tender but Tenderer mustupload Rate Analysis supporting the quoted amount.
If the Rate is not congruous with market price, the tenderer will considered as non-responsive.
4. As per consent of CPTU, the Tenderer must be evaluated in the e-GP
system .
5.If corrupt, fraudulent, collusive, coercive or obstructive practices of any kind are determined against any tenderer,
then measures shall be taken as per law.
