দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয়:
* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ৪০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ২ কোটি টাকার চেয়ে বেশি হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২৭,৫০০,০০০ ~ ৮২,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Qualifications: Describe as tender document TDS & PCC
(i) Supplier shall have a minimum five (5) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
(ii) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (scientific equipment) of at least single [1] contracts successfully completed under public sector within the last five [5] of years , each with a value of at least Tk. 2,00,00000.00 [Two crore only]. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(iii) Supplier must submitted the minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (scientific equipment) of at maximum single [1] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [5] years, each with a value of at least Tk. 2,00,00000.00 [Two crore only] with e-GP Tender ID & NOA copy or Manual work order, otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non–Responsive.
(iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 2,50,00000.00 [Two crore fifty lakh] only.
Special Instruction:
(i) Supplier should have Updated Trade license, VAT certificate with BIN, Income Tax Certificate (2024-2025) etc. otherwise Tenderer will be considered as Non-Responsive
(ii) Supplier should have established wear house, should confirm after sale servises, warranty certificate and should submitted the Company profile for the technical persons.
