* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৭,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ২৩,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenders as mentioned below:
a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be [03] years. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(b) The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Passenger Lift and related services (Installation, Testing and Commissioning of lift) of at least [01] contract(s) successfully completed within the last [05] years, each with a value of at least Tk. [70.00 lac]. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(c) The minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is/ are:02 No. Passenger Lift per year over the last 05 (Five) years.
(d)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 70.00 Lac issued not earlier than twenty eight (28)
days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender. [Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit (Form PG3-8)]
The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
The Tenderer must submit with tender:
(i) Up-to-date valid Trade License.
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance Certificate.
(iii)Valid VAT registration Certificate(BIN).
(iv) Up to date ABC and Electrical supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical licensing board.
(v) Catalouge of Tender related item.
(vii) Authorization certificate from Manufacturer/Distributor/ Agency for Item of Lift.
(viii) In case of authorization certificate from Distributor/Agency, proper supporting documents from the Manufacturer must be submitted.
(ix) Terms and conditions to be followed are uploaded in Section 6: Drawings
