This invitation for tender is open to all eligible tenderers as mentioned below :
1.Reputed Government approved contractors/construction firms who have minimum 03(three) years of general experience in Construction works.
2.Having experience in successfully completion/execution of at least 01(one)number of similar nature of Specifice experience of works worth not less than Tk 4.00 (Four Point Zero Zero) Lakh only in a single work order in Government/ SemiGovernment/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 03(three)years.
3.The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 15.00 (Fifteen Lakh over the last 03 ( Three)years.
4.The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk [8.00 Eight LAKH]
5.Up-to dated Trade License, Income Tax Clearance and VAT Registration Certificate.
6.Up to date ABC Electric licence and supervisory certificate.
(7) No JVCA is allowed.
The tender security shall in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order issued by a sheduled Bank of Bangladesh
