প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. The bidder should submit Valid trade license 2025-2026
2. The bidder should submit TIN Certificate and up to date Income tax clearance certificate
3. The bidder should submit up to date Import Registration Certificate (IRC)
4. The bidder should submit VAT Registration Certificate
5. Should have 5 years general experiences of supplying IT products to any govt/semi-govt./autonomous bodies in Bangladesh
6. Should have at least 2 nos specific experiences of supplying similar products each of BDT 24,00,000.00 to any govt/semi-govt./autonomous bodies in Bangladesh in last 3 years
7. The bidder should have valid ISO 9001:2015 and 27001:2022 certificates
8. The bidder should be the authorized distributor of offered brand in Bangladesh and should submit authorization letter from OEM with the bid document. Authorization letter must be from original OEM who takes care Bangladesh market
9. The bidder must submit up to date BCS membership certificates
10. The bidder must submit last 3 years audited reports
11. The bidder must have dedicated authorized service center in Bangladesh to provide service support and mention the address of the service center
12. The bidder must submit warranty certificate with the bid
13. The Supplier must have successfully delivered a minimum of 30pcs Interactive Flat Panels to any Government institution within the last 12 months and shall submit a single NOA
14. Had certified with CE, FCC, TUV, SGS
15. Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter from OEM.
16. Appropriate documents for the quality assurance certifications.
17. Appropriate documents for Country of origin & Country of manufacture/Assemble .
18. Warranty certificates from OEM and Supplier.
