The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 2.09 (Two Point zero Nine) crore over the last 5 years.
The minimum liquid assets shall be greater than Tk 135.00 (One hundred Thirty Five) lakh
The Tenders shall have The Minimum Tender Capacity of Tk. 1.56 (One Point Five Six) crore only
