* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮,৭০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,৯০০,০০০ ~ ৮,৭০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) The minimum years of general experience of the tenderer in supply of goods with related services as supplier shall be 05 (five) years. i.e., time is to be counted from the date of publishing IFT.
2) The minimum specific experience as supplier of chemicals and reagents for oceanographic research laboratories at least 02 (Two) contract(s) each not less than Tk 24.50 (Twenty-Four Point Five) Lac in the last three years. The proof of experience submitted by the tenderer for Specific Experience should be signed by Executive Engineer or higher ranked officer of govt./semi-govt./autonomous organization.
3) The tenderer must submit: (i) Up-to-date valid trade license, (ii) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate, (iii) Valid VAT registration certificate
4) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be minimum Tk 28.00(Twenty-Eight) Lac.
5) Manufacturers/ Dealers Authorization Letter as per tender document
6) Tenderer must have to submit offer for all items in full quantity mentioning brand name and country of origin.
7) Letter of commitment to submit chemical and reagents sample if TEC committee requires during the time of tender evaluation.
8) Other's eligibility criteria as per TDS
