* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,৮০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

01. Lot-based online trade license for the financial year 2025-2026.
02. Online TIN number certificate & valid income tax payment certificate for the financial year 2024-25.
03. Online VAT Smart Card (13 Digit VAT Certificate) & updated VAT payment certificate.
04. Bank solvency certificate & bank transaction statement for the last six months from the date of publication of the notice in the newspaper.
05. National identity card (NID) of the owner.
06. Attested 03(three) spectimen signature and a color photograph (Seal with name & mobile number).
07. Updated Membership of Chamber of commerce certificate shall be submited.
08. Statement on updated sole proprietorship, not bankrupt, legal capacity in support of Rule 49 (Ga) on PPA- 2006 and PPR-2008 and not blacklisted by First Class Magistrate /Affidavit by a notary public.
09. All the rules and conditions related to tenders as per PPR- 2006 and PPR- 2008 (amended-2025) by the Government of Bangladesh, Rules 4, 48, 49 and 127 shall be applicable to this tender.
10. Samples of all items (where applicable) must be submitted before submitting the tender, otherwise the tender will be considered rejected. A receipt copy of the submitted samples must be submitted to e-GP
11. General experience as a supplier of linen in Government health facility for at least 03 (three) years within last 07(seven) years from the date of publication of the newspaper advertisement. (Experience certificate with work order must be provided).
12. Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of linen in at least 02(two) contracts with a minimum value of Taka 1000000.00 (ten lakh ) only over the last 05(Five) years from the date of publication of the newspaper advertisement.
