প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
As per TDS
and
1. Experience in Construction of WASH Block from PEDP4/NBIDGPS/NBIDNNGPS project will be considered as specific experience or similar experience.
2. Contractor/tenderer, who has pending work/ Delayed by contractor/ have been needed time extension with Liquidity Damage (penalty) will not be eligible for participate this tender. 
3.  Only Payment cerificate will be acceptable for turnover/capacity calculation.
4. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 contract of [Only Construction of WASH Block from PEDP4/NBIDGPS/NBIDNNGPS project] successfully completed within the last [05] years, each with a value of at least Tk.145.00 Lakh.
5. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 270.00 Lakh over the last 05 years. 
6. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: TK. 135.00 Lakh.
