* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
Tenderers from the diplomatically non-recognized country by the People's Republic of Bangladesh are not elegible.
Tenderer should have valid Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate etc
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 11.00 (Eleven) Lac only under a single contract in the last 05 (Five) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 11.00 (Eleven) Lac only only.
Special Instruction:
Cost for Related Services such as transportation, installation and service during warranty period etc. are to be inclusive with the quoted rate mentioned in Price and Delivery Schedule for Goods (Form e-PG2-2A). Hence, quotation for related services must not be required separately. However, only for system requirement, you are requested to quote in Form e-PG2-2B unit price, for example 0.001. Once it is quoted, which will not be considered in total quoted amount.
The Tenderer must strictly comply with the Instructions to Tenderers (IFT), Tender Data Sheet (TDS), Particular Conditions of Contract (PCC), Technical Specifications, and all other applicable terms and conditions.
