* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩৮,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১২,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৩৮,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) Five years; years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.(work order must be submitted)
b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Construction works of at Least (1) One contract(s) of similar nature of minimum One Storied Building Construction Works from Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh successfully completed within the last (05) Five years in a single work order of minimum value at least Tk. 95.00 lakh.
c) The required average annual construction turnover must be Tk. 85.00 Lakh or more during the last (05) Five years (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT)
d) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 90.00 Lakh only. Date will be counted between the date of publication of Tender notice & date of Tender submission. Liquid asset certificate must be submitted from schedule bank as per CPTU prescribed form. Certificate containing multiple Tender ID will be not acceptable & Bank statement will not be allowed.
e) Essential Equipment : Steel Formwork Shutter 4000 sq ft & Steel Adjustable Props Jack 1000 Nos.(Other Construction equipment)
f) If a contractor wants to increase the number of completion certificates by repeatedly using the same completion certificate, it will be canceled outright without any reason
g) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
h) The submitted bids will be resolved through the Past Performance Evaluation and rating matrix if the bids of the bidders are equal.(Do not submit Goods Completion certificate)
