Reputed Contractors/Firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in Construction Works. (i) Must have successful completion of at least 1 (one) number of 03 storied building Works including Civil , Sanitary & Electrical works of Government / semi Government / Autonomous organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years minimum amounting Tk.35.00(Thirty Five) Crore in a single Contract. . (2). The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover amounting Tk. 70.00 (Seventy) Crore for last 5 years. This must be supported by total certified payment received for contracts in progress work complete under public sector during last 05 year. Tenderer are requested to provide payment certificate mentioning Fiscal year and share percent in the certificate. . Business share will be counted for joint venture work certificate. (3). The minimum amount of liquid asset/working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be amounting Tk.11.00 (eleven) Crore. Document (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose which is attached in Tender Documents of Section-5 : Tender & contract form (Form PW3-7 Otherwise the tender will be Non-Responsive. (4). Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.45.00 (Forty five) Crore. (5) Tenderer shall submit ABC contractory and Electrical supervisory Licenses, up-to-date Tax Clearance Certificate, BIN certificate & Trade license. Other notable terms are pointed out at ITT, TDS, PCC, GCC. (6). This tender is invited under Public Procurement Rule 2008, Public Procurement Act-2006 and its subsequent amendments.
