* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১,৮০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৬০০,০০০ ~ ১,৮০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 05 years of general experience in construction works.
(b) Tenderer must be the authorized agent / supplier of the same brand of lift installed on site.
(c) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1(one) number of similar work of Tk. 4.0 Lakh in a single tender in Government /Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 5 years. In case of the work done except PWD, the certifying and authenticating authority shall be the concerned Executive Engineer.
(d) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover over last 3 years of Tk. 4 lac. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP.
(e)The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 4.0 lac. The certificate of free fund (liquid asset) must be unconditional and to be issued in favor of related works. Liquid asset must be substantiated by a letter of commitment of banks undertaking for line of credit. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
(f) Tender Capacity of Tk. 5.0 Lakh. To calculate tender capacity the tenderer must submit his/their ongoing work details i.e. contract amount, payment bill amount, remaining works amount and other required information.
(g) The tenderer must possess
i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate
ii) Valid VAT registration certificate.
iii) Up-to-date trade license
iv)Up-to-date ABC category contractory and supervisory license
