* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,৬৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be 05 ( Five ) years.
2. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply & installation of similar equipment of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last 03 ( Three) years, with a value of at least Tk. 1700000 ( Seventeen Lakh Taka only) of Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies in Bangladesh.
3. The supplier should submit the manufacturer's ISO 9001 certificate, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certificate (without any exclusions) or the latest versions of these certificates.
4. Manufacturers CE certificate (EC Declaration of conformity and compliance with relative EC directive) need to submit where applicable.
5. The supplier is required to submit an authorization letter from the manufacturer or local authorized distributor.
6. The supplier must have a up-to-date Import Registration Certificate (IRC).
7. The supplier should submit manuals, catalogues, brochures, and other relevant documents.
8. The supplier is required to submit a warranty certificate from the manufacturer or the local agent, ensuring a one (1) year warranty from the date the supplied goods are accepted.
9. The supplier must submit a site inspection report confirming that the product is compatible with the existing system.
