প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have a minimum of 5 (five) years of general experience of tendering.
b) The minimum specific experience of at least 1 (one) contract of repair/construction of civil works with a value at least TK. 4.8 (Four Point Eight) lakh successfully completed within last 5 (five) years under Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization.
c) The tenderer must meet the minimum required average annual construction turnover Tk 29 (Twenty Nine) Lakh over the last 5 (five) years or the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or credit lines / credit limits (net of other contractual commitments of the amount) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 7 (Seven) Lakh in favor of credit line/liquid asset, the tenderer must submit a bank solvancy certificate, credit sanctioned letter and bank statement of the credit account.
e) The tenderer must submit necessary documents according to TDS.
f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in the tender Datasheet of tender documents.
g) Those tenderers who are performing two contracts simultaneously under Regional Planning & Construction Department - Mymensingh of TGTDCLPLC shall not be eligible to participate in this tender.
h) Those Contractors who have been blacklisted by the Regional Planning & Construction Department - Mymensingh will not be able to submit tenders during the blacklist period.
i) Tenderers having quoted the tender price more than 10 (Ten) percent above or below the official cost estimate, the tender will be rejected.
j) The tenderer must submit all supporting NOA, completion certificate, contract documents, and other necessary papers as per ITT 30.
