a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the Electro Mechanical works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) years years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT.b) The tenderer must have to submitted up to date valid trade license, VAT-Registration certificate & Income Tax Clearance Certificate.c) Up to date ABC category Contractor & Electrical Supervisory license from Bangladesh Electrical Licensing Board.d) Manufacturer's authorization /Dealership /Agency ship Certificate and all other certifications mentioned/posted in the documents section, have to be submitted in the designated fields.e) The tenderer must have to submitted Catalogue & Technical specifications of proposed lift.f) Other qualification Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC g) Payment will be made as per availability of fund but the whole work must be completed within the stipulated time.h) The Procuring Entity reserves the right to accept or reject any and all tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever.
