* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৮২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works shall be 10 years. (Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System)
A satisfactory completion of similar works of new Building Construction at least Tk. 2,00,00,000/- under single of contract over a period of 5 years under Government / Semi-Government / Corporation / Autonomous Organization shall be required. Tenderer must submitted Work Completion Certificate with NOA.(Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System)
The minimum amount of credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 2,00,00,000/-
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 2,50,00,000/- over the last 5 years under Government / Semi-Government / Corporation / Autonomous Organization shall be required. Tenderer must submitted Work Completion Certificate with NOA.
The minimum Tender capacity shall be: Tk. 2,10,00,000/-.(Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System)
 Tenderer Must submitted Last Three Years Company Audit Report & Up to date Trade license, income tax clearance certificate, vat registration certificate, ABC Electrical Contractor Licence with Valid Supervisory License. to be submitted along with the tender.
Other required eligibility & condition of the Tenderers as stipulated in the Tender Data Sheet of Tender Document.
