Tenderer having following experience and documents are eligible only to submit the tender document:

1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years.
2. The minimum experience as Supplier or Contractor in completion of similar goods and related works of at least 01 (One) contract's successfully completed within the last 04 (Four) years, with a value of at least Taka 20,00,000.00 (Twenty Lakh) i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. Authorization letter from Manufacturer (HYUNDAI) or from any authorized Distributor / Agent nominated by Manufacturer (HYUNDAI).
4. Tenderer shall submit work methodology, detailed work schedule and drawing.
5. Products mentioned in BOQ will be accepted only from OECD countries except ISRAEL.
6. Certificate of origin & production by Tenderer for the proposed goods mentioned in BOQ which will be verified during Inspection & Tests of products through Bill of Lading, Port of Shipment, Port of Entry, Custom Clearance & other necessary Import Documents.
7. Product Catalogue & Detailed Technical Specifications of proposed goods mentioned in BOQ.
8. Manufacturer’s (HYUNDAI) warranty certificate.
9. As per TDS & PCC.
