* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ১,১৬৬,৬৬৬ ~ ৩,৫০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Reputed Contractors who have minimum 5(Five) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work i.e Construction of outlet Structure to embankment of khal with a value of Tk. 7.00 (Seven) lakhs under a single contract within the last 5 (Five) years are eligible for this tender.
2. The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 11.00 (Eleven) lakhs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender.
3. The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 25.00 (Twenty Five) lakhs during the last 5 years; Turnover must be supported by Bank Statement of the Tenderer.
4. The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
5. Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
6. The work of the packages may be totally dropped or cancelled, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
7. A responsive Tenderer will be awarded Maximum 2 no of contract from each type of works. All floated tender are a according to current ADP allocation.
8. Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
9. The Tenderer who are interested to participate are requested to read the tender document (including section-7 & 8 ) thoroughly before submitting the tender.
