কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৫,০০০,০০০ ~ ১৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Reputed Contractors who have minimum 2 (Two) years of general experience in construction works having a satisfactory completion of similar nature of work i.e. Supply & Construction of solar panel structure for dugwell under Govt./Semi-govt./Autonomous organization with a value of Tk. 35.00 lacs under a single contract within the last 5 (Five) years are eligible for this tender.
The minimum amount of free fund (Liquid asset) or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 15.00 lacs. Document submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Original Certificate (scanned Copy) of Liquid Asset or credit facilities from any scheduled bank of Bangladesh must be enclosed along with the tender in the form of letter of commitment for Bank undertaking for line of credit for this purpose shall be submitted as per Form of tender and contract forms;
The tenderer shall have minimum average annual construction Turnover of Tk. 40.00 lacs during the last 5 years;
The Tenderer must enclose up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender;
Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
The work of the packages may be totally dropped, decrease or increase as per field condition/ design/ budget allocation for which no claim shall be entertained.
Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
Maximum number lots/tenders awarded to the same lowest responsive bidder is limited 1 (One).
Sample of solar panel, pump motor & inverter should be submitted at PD office before tender opening..
