* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৮৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant purpose bellow documents must submit with offer
01. Update minimum two years relevant Trade license with money receipt.
02. BIN Certificate with Vat Honor Card and last three months Submission copy must submit.
03. Income Tax Registration and last year tax payment certificate.
04. Update Bank Solvency Certificate with statement from 01-07-2025 to previous day of submission.
06. Membership Certificate from relevant business group
07. Each items sample must submit before final submission
08. Manufacturer Authorization letter for all items mandatory
09. Technical Compliance sheet in company letter head pad as fer specific e-gp format
10. Manufacturer quality certificate GMP/ISO/DGDA Certificate. MRP list must be highlighted with a marker pan and then uploaded with offer.
11. Affidavit for proprietorship by 1st Class magistrate/notary public or incorporation certificate in case of limited company.
12. Undertaken in company letter head pad that there is no litigation and not blacklisting to any others institutes
13. Declaration on each item shall have batch wise quality control certificate and packet/strip/ampule/vial shall bear the words "Government Property, Not for Sale" and shall have a red and green wrapper. The expiry date of the medicine should be at least 2 years from the date of supply.
Abnormal rate not acceptable without proper reasons per PPA & PPR Rules. Others Should Follow according to rules 4, 48, 49, 55, 97, & 127 PPR 2008 and its amendments 2009, 2010, 2016 and 2019. All documents checking/Verification purpose must submit proper contact details, otherwise tender will be responsive directly without any notice]
