* যেহেতু দরপত্রের মূল্য ১০০০ টাকা, প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য ৫০ লক্ষ্য টাকা বা কম হতে পারে।
* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ২,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ৬,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ২,০০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Manufacturer/ Sole Distributor (in this case must submit with valid manufacturer's distributorship documents) letter shall be submitted.
2) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 3 (Three) years of experience in the supply of simillar goods and related services.
3) The satisfactory completion of specific supply experience of minimum 20 (twenty) Lakh under maximum 01 (One) contract in the last 3 (three) years shall be submitted.
4) The tenderer shall submit brochure and catalog of related items and upload approved brochure and catalog of related items into e-Gp before closing of tender.
5) Tenderer shall submit chemical sample to the PE office.
6) Tenderer shall have to construct a work sample with step by step procedures of resistant coating materials/ chemicals as described in supply & related services schedules in WTP plant before closing of tender.
7) Declaration on letterhead pad that tender will supply all spare parts for replacement guarantee of 12 (Twelve) months and all maintenance works for warranty of 12(Twelve) months effective from the final date of completion (any without payment).
8) Tenderer shall visit the site in plant before closing of tender and detailed visit, inspection & sample construction report signed by competent plant personnel shall be submitted in tender submission.
