* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৭,৫০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

Eligibility of Tenderer/Consultant:
The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following additional documents:
1. Contractor Enlisted in MES or in Other Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous Organization in Similar Capacity.
2. Updated VAT Registration (13- Digit BIN)
3. Updated Trade License ( 2025-26)
4. TIN Certificate
5. Update Income Tax Return Certificate (2024-25 or 2025-2026)
6. Bank Solvency/ Bank Statement
7. Work Completion Certificate
8. Enlisted in Joint Stock Companies if any.
9. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 05 years.
10. The minimum specific experience in construction works of Having Experience in successful completion of at least 02 (Two) or at least 01 (One) completed or 01 (One) ongoing similar work or construction work each value minimum BDT 70.00 Lakh In a single contract in Government/ Semi- Government/Autonomous Bodies/NGO/ Banks/ Reputed Private Organization of Bangladesh during last 04(Five) years.
11. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 30.00 Lakh.
12. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 3.00 (Two) Crore.in the last 03 years
