As per ITT & TDS
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the relevant works as Prime Contractor shall be 10 years.
The Minimum Specific Experience of Similar Nature of Works (Sub-Station Works) for the Tenderer shall be at least two number each amounting BDT. 280.00 Lakh in any Govt. / Semi-Govt. or Autonomous Organization (successfully completed) within last 05 (five) Years. (Years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 150.00 lakh.
The required Average Annual Construction Turnover shall be greater than BDT.500.00 Lakh over the last 05 (five) Years. (years counting backwards from the Tender Publication Date).
The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk 280.00 Lakh
The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade license, income Tax clearance certificate, valid VAT registration certificate along with the Tender.
Up to date ABC/BC License & Supervisory License issued from Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
Other required eligibility and conditions of the Tender are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents.
Payment shall be made subject to availability of fund. No Claim in this regard will be entertained.
