প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
"1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3(three) years of experience in the supply of goods and related services.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 3,50,000.00 (Three Lakh Fifty Thousand) under maximum 1 (One) contracts within last 3(three) years.
3. Tenderer shall submit End-User Certificate(s) of successful supply.
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 3,50,000 (Taka Three Lakh Fifty Thousand) (In case of credit facility Bank shall mention name of Procuring entity and tender name). The Tenderer shall submit documents as evidence of the above requirements.
5. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card, Trade License, Income Tax Certificates and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate
6. Tenderer shall submit copy of Gas Cylinder Storage/Import License from Department of Explosive of their own or of other distributor/importer from whom they are authorized along with authorization letter from that distributor/importer."
