* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৮,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ ~ ২৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. National Tenderer must have updated Trade license, Valid VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate, and updated Income Tax certificate/ tax acknowledgement receipt of latest assessment year. Foreign tenderers must have equivalent documents.
2. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services, supported by Certificate of Incorporation or Trade License counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
3. The tenderers shall have the specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Mechanical/electrical equipment or spare parts or consumables) of minimum USD 65,000 (Sixty-Five thousand) or equivalent currency in maximum 3 (Three) contracts, in any government owned organization or any Power Utilities of Bangladesh completed within the last 05 (Five) years, at least one (1) contract must either be of International Procurement type or incorporate goods which have been imported through the tenderer from abroad. Completion of any contract amounting to less than USD 20,000 (Twenty thousand) or equivalent currency shall not be accepted.
4. Tenderer shall have minimum amount of credit facility of USD 65,000.00 (USD Sixty-Five Thousand Only) or BDT 80,00,000.00 (Bangladeshi Taka Eighty Lakh Only.
5. Tenderer must be authorized either directly by the OEM s (original equipment manufacturer) of the items or by any party authorized by OEMs mentioned in TDS to supply the goods.
6. Tenderer must comply with all the conditions and requirements stated in TDS of the tender document.
