প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
2. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as suppliershall be 5 (five) years.
3. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in similar supply of Goods successfully completed within the last 5 years, value of at least Tk. 3.50 (Three point five zero) Crore under a single contract under any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/Private Organization in Bangladesh.
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the concern Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of work done under Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous body/ Private Organization in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying Authority shall be the officer of the organization (not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed (FORM-A).
4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line of the tenderer shall be Tk 3.95 (three point nine five) Crore (in the form PG3-8)
5. A Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter is required as per STD (in the form PG3-6) only from Sole Agent for Escalator.
6. Catalogue and Technical Specifications of Proposed Brand.
7. The tender must possess: i) TIN Certificate, (ii) Valid VAT registration certificate, (iii) Up-to-date trade license, (iv) Up-to-date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from Electricity Licensing Board, GoB, (v) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate.
All Necessary supporting documents and certificates must contain a valid email ID & Phone Number otherwise the Tender will be summarily rejected
