* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১৩,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
• The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date trade license.
• The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date VAT & TAX certificate.
• The Tenderer shall have valid and up-to-date TIN and BIN number.
• The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Flap Barrier/Access Control System as Supplier shall be 05 (Five) years.
• The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of Flap Barrier/Access Control System of at least 01(One) contract successfully completed within the last 03 (Three) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 35,50,000.00 (Thirty Five Lakh Fifty Thousand).
• The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 40,50,000.00 (Forty Lakh Fifty Thousand).
• The Tender Validity period shall be 90 (Ninety) days.
• The amount of the Tender Security shall be 1,30,000.00 (One Lakh Thirty Thousand) in favour of Jalalabad Gas Transmission & Distribution System Ltd.
