প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1. Satisfactory completion of "Interior Works / Day-Care Center Construction Works" of at least Tk 30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lac) only under one or two contracts as a prime contractor over a period of 6 (six) years shall be required under any government, semi-government or government autonomous institution (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be at least Tk. 25,00,000.00 (Twenty Five Lac) of best 3 (three) years in the last 6 (Six) years under any government, semi-government or government autonomous institution (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System).
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be 30,00,000.00 (Thirty Lac).
4. The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 45,00,000.00 (Fourty Five Lac) only.
