4. TAX Clearance Certificate with 2024-2025.
5. General Experience Certificates (ITT 15.1(a)) [Must be needed of minimum 05 [five] years. (Attached with Work Completion Certificate).]
6. Specific Experience Certificates (ITT 15.1(b)) [Must be needed of minimum Tk in lakh 7.00 [Seven Lakh] under maximum 2 [two] contracts within last 03 [three] years. (Attached with Work Completion Certificate).]
7. Supply/Production Capacity Certificate (ITT 15.1(c)) [Rockwell Hardness Tester and 1 set supply and/or production capacity per year.]
8. Financial Capacity Certificate (ITT 16.1(a)) [Credit Commitment of Line of Credit needed Tk in lakh 7.00 [Seven Lakh] from date of tender publication. If the Supplier submitted credit commitment, the commitment should be without any alteration or correction or modification of the form of “e-PG3-8”.]
9. Valid Import Registration Certificate (IRC) in Bangladesh.
10. Manufacturer Authorization Letter.
11. Manufactuer ISO Certification.
12. Product Brochure / Catalogue.
13. Country of Origin Certificate.
14. Technical specifications and compliance sheet (Form e-PG3-4) [The offered machine must be supplied with the offer as part of the tender.]
15. Factory Test Certificate during supply.
16. "Manufacturer's Assurance Letter" about the ASTM E18 & ISO 6508-2 standard compliance, tested/calibrated by a ISO 17025 accredited third-party lab must be submitted at the time of tender submission, in Manufacturer'
