প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Tenderer shall have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience on civil construction works in any national public/ autonomous organization.
2) A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 12,00,000/- (Tk Twelve lakh) under maximum 02 (Two) of contracts over a period of 03 (Three) years from the date of publishing of IFT shall be required.
3) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk 12,00,000/- (Tk Twelve lakh) only.
4) The Tenderer shall submit expert manpower and equipment list for relevant works in Company letterhead pad.
