প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
a) The eligibility of Tenderers would be as per The Public Procurement Act-2006 (With Latest Amendment), The Public Procurement
Rules-2008 (With Latest Amendment) and the terms & conditions mentioned in the tender documents.
b) Tenderer will have legal, financial, professional, technical capacity to deliver the requirements of this tender and have fulfilled the
obligations of all tax requirements
c) The Tenderer must submit up to date income tax clearance certificate, VAT Registration certificate from NBR, Trade license &
National ID along with the tender.
d) The experience certificate of successfully completed similar assignments issued by the officer not below the rank of executive
engineer of concerned department of organization must be submitted along with the tender.
e) Tender ID(egp TID) numder must be mentioned in submitted experience certificate and payment certificate of pevious works[N.B- Experience certificate and payment certificate will be preferred if included in egp database.
f) The Tender Security and the Performance Security must be submitted (with reference document) in favour of Mayor/ Administrator, Dhaka South City Corporation.
