* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৪,০০০,০০০ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ১২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।
কাজেই, অত্র দরপত্রের দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় ৪,০০০,০০০ ~ ৫,০০০,০০০ টাকার মধ্যে হতে পারে।
প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
1) Tenderer shall submit up to date Import License.
2) Manufacturer authorization letter shall be submitted.
3) PAM Sample & Manufacturer Test Certificate of PAM shall be submitted.
4) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 5 (Five) years of experience in the supply of simillar goods and related services.
5) The satisfactory completion of specific supply experience of minimum 40 (Forty) Lakh under maximum 2 (Two) contracts in the last 3 (three) years.
6) Tenderer shall submit the sample approved by the PE office and upload e-Gp before closing the tender.
7) Decleration in letterhead pad that, submitted sample parameters (Physical requirements) test will be conducted in the PWTP laboratory before evaluation of e-tender, if the test report does not comply with the required parameters (Physical requirements) then tenderer will be decleared as technically non-responsive.
8) The minimum production capacity of the manufacturer of Polyacrylamide (PAM), Food Grade is 500 M.Ton per year. The supplier must submit the proven documents to comply the production capacity of the manufacturer.
9) Manufacturer or Product ISO 9001:2015 Certificate.
