1. Valid up-to-date trade license, BIN, TIN, NID, and VAT registration certificate.
2. Bank Solvency Certificate.
3. The tenderer should provide the details supply history of the goods related to railway coaches and locomotives in any places inside Bangladesh.
4. Submission of a satisfactory completion certificate of supplying similar goods of at least Tk 10 (ten) lakhs under 01 (One) or more than one contract(s) over a period of last 5 ( five) years.
5. Sample with single paper containing valid seal and signature of the Contractor must be submitted at Office of the Divisional Mechanical Engineer( Carriage & Wagon), Bangladesh Railway, Paksey before last time of Tender Submission which will be tested for Technical Evaluation . Also Mentioned that Tenderer has to confirm received copy of Sample submission which is essential to submit with Tender Document as well as Signature of Representative of Tenderer Should Confirm into register maintained at PE's Office.
