* দরপত্র জামানত দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর সর্বোচ্চ ৩% হতে পারে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য নুন্যতম ৭,৩৩৩,৩৩৩ টাকা।
* দরপত্র জামানত সাধারনতঃ দাপ্তরিক প্রাক্কলিত ব্যয় এর ১% এর চেয়ে বেশি হয়ে থাকে। কাজেই প্রাক্কলিত মূল্য সর্বোচ্চ ২২,০০০,০০০ টাকা হতে পারে।

প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
(a) The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of overall experience as a C&F agent.
(b) Tenderer shall have specific experience not less than Tk 60,00,000/- (Taka Sixty Lac only) under single contract within last 05 (Five) years in any Govt. owned/Autonomous/Public Limited Power Company//Semi-Govt Organization. Work completion certificate must be submitted. NOA, Purchase Order, Work Order, Contract are not acceptable. Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
(c) The Tenderer must have a valid updated C&F License from Dhaka and Chattogram, mentioning the type of business as Clearing & Forwarding (C&F).
(d) The minimum amount of liquid assets, or working capital, or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 50,00,000/-(Taka Fifty Lac), on or after the date of publication of the Invitation for Tender (IFT) Notice.
(e) The Tenderer should have a valid updated Trade License, the Income Tax payee should have the legal capacity to enter into the contract, and should not have a conflict of interest pursuant to the Rule of Procurement Policy -2015 of Electricity Generation Company of Bangladesh Ltd.
