প্রয়োজনীয় যোগ্যতাসমূহ:
• The Bidder must be a manufacturer or the authorized sole Bangladeshi representative of a foreign manufacturer. An authorization letter from any dealer, trading house, or intermediary will not be accepted.
• The Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (five) years of general experience in the supply of goods and related services.
• The Tenderer shall possess valid and updated legal documents, including a Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate,Tax Identification Number (TIN), VAT Registration Certificate, and Import Registration Certificate (IRC).
• The Tenderer shall have successfully completed, within the last 03 (Three) years, at least one contract of a similar nature and complexity involving the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a Horizontal Split Case Centrifugal Pump-Motor set with a minimum discharge capacity of 20.0 cusec for a Government, Semi-Government, or Autonomous organization. The value of this specific experience must meet or exceed 15 (Fifteen) Crore.
• The Tenderer must also demonstrate successful completion of at least one contract within the last 03 (Three) years for the installation of a centrifugal pump-motor set on a pontoon, with a value of not less than 0.8 Crore.
• All experience or completion certificates must be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer (or equivalent) of the relevant procuring entity. The counting of years for experience shall be backward from the date of publication of the Invitation for Tender (IFT).
• The manufacturer shall have valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) and ISO 14001:2015 (or updated) certifications. In cases where the Tenderer is an authorized representative, they must also hold a valid ISO 9001:2015 (or updated) certificate.
